One of the our most notable of accomplishments is the successful 15-year battle to guarantee Publishers access to subscriber listing information (SLI) at reasonable rates.
Today, ADP remains at the front line of the directory industry’s battle against unreasonable directory delivery restrictions, including Opt-in/Opt-out protocols, advance recovery fees, delivery licenses, and recycling tonnage fees.
